The Hotel Online Status Software is an intelligent, real-time monitoring solution designed to enhance hotel operations and guest service efficiency. Integrated with the HiKlas Online DND Panels and energy-saving switches, this software provides the front office and service staff with instant visibility into room occupancy and guest requests.

When a guest inserts their RFID key card into the in-room energy-saving switch, the system immediately updates the room status, indicating occupancy. Conversely, when the card is removed, the system reflects that the room is vacant—allowing housekeeping and service teams to plan their operations accordingly.

Additionally, the software features live alerts for “Do Not Disturb” and “Clean My Room” requests. These statuses are automatically highlighted on the front office dashboard.

For improved service delivery, a dedicated mobile app is also available for housekeeping and room service staff. When connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi network, the app sends instant notifications regarding room status and guest service requests, ensuring prompt and efficient response.
